My Story

I grew up in a small town in the midwest. If you know much about living in a small town, you know that most of the people are kind and loving but they usually don't believe one of their own can do anything "big" in life, let alone live their dream life.

Anxiety kept me in this small town for 37 years, then life decided it was time to go somewhere new. I thank God/the Universe/Source Energy or whoever was watching over me that I was pushed out of my comfort zone to a new city. I started to believe anything was possible. I started to believe in myself.

Changing generational patterns, curing anxiety and depression, healing codependence, learning to trust myself, facing my fears, incorporating a gratitude mindset, gaining confidence, and learning to trust that everything always works out for me has been an incredible journey that has led me to feel EMPOWERED. I know that I can have and do everything I want and am excited to guide others to find this truth within themselves.

Over the last few years I have done things I never thought I would have the courage to do, but always wanted to. I started a business, traveled alone throughout Europe, lived in New York City, met incredible new people, roadtripped around my own country for six months, and moved to California. After my kids were all grown up, I realized life is short and I can't waste any more of it. Being afraid but doing it anyway opens so many doors! You realize all of these experiences (and many more) are here for you.

My goal in life is to help people see that life can be an amazing adventure full of joy, love, and peace. That we can all heal our wounds, live authentically, and love each other unconditionally.
